Make sure you use a Pandora approved installer & also an installer that understands Toyota / Lexus hybrids.

They range from 700 pounds for the mini bt up to 2000 pounds for the elite but their are others in between these alarms

I wouldn’t trust a ghost with a barge pole. Ghost is just an immobiliser. Pandora, depending on what you get is a fully customisable system. I can do so much with it, control it from my phone, my watch, also remote start. Further more mine is set that if the tag is not there, the car isn’t opening or starting. 
 

Cost is dependent on what you get. I wanted certain things enabled, disabled and added to mine so I wouldn’t use my price as a benchmark. You are best contacting a Pandora dealer and discuss your needs.

Hello peeps,

Do you really need this extra alarm system? The car comes with an alarm and we can have some limited remote climate control via the lexus app. 

Maybe someone can tell me the main motivation to spend this Dosh.

Lexus alarms are rubbish to be honest…. They are just a tick in the box exercise. If you actually look at the schematics of the system, you will see how basic it really is.

I did see the automotive security company I recommend have a UX hybrid in today to fit a Pandora based security system after it was stolen then recovered. 

At least it will be a noisy surprise for the thieves if they attempt to take it again 😂

They have a NX in today, seems more & more owners have got up waiting for Lexus to pull there finger out & secure the vehicles.
