Windscreen wiper recommendations

Need some new wipers. any recommendations or should I just buy the OEM from Lexus?

I got through 2 sets of OEM wipers on my 300h in the space of 6 months. To the extent I thought there was something up, so changed to Bosch. So far, 18 months later, so good.... right now not sure why the OEM ones kept failing.

For other cars I have used Bosch which have been good.

My current Lexus wipers seem good too.

I change mine every service irrespective. A minor expense for good vision..

I always bought replacement wiper rubbers from the Main Dealer, silly expensive, and they lasted 3yrs / 30k miles then one year I replaced with same and they barely lasted a 12 month on small mileage ……. I now buy simple inexpensive very adequate wipers and replace every year ……. Maybe Main Dealer OEM product just got “ cheap “ in manufacturing and designed to fail after a year or so 🤔

Watched a YouTube video recently with the “Car Care Nut” involving defective Toyota re-manufactured units, in this case a steering rack with defective bushing mounts allowing the rack to move excessively.

Does make you think where this is heading.

OEM Denso blades perform very well. I used to stockpile them anytime they were on sale at Eurocarparts and replace them annually.

Changed to a set of PIAA Si-Tech blades 2.5 years ago and they are still working flawlessly.
