Item 1 in the follow diagram (I've moved your question to a new post as it was off-topic in the IS forum).

Thank you Colin but it’s not there. Neither in the glove compartment or under the seat. So my question remains the same, is it built into the audio?

The JBL amp on my Prius was under the passenger seat.

If you have the basic 8 speaker audio system then it is built into the headunit. If you have the 10 or 14 speaker audio system with a sub (item 11) then you have a separate amp as shown in the diagram. There is only one location it is fitted, which is shown as item 1.

That is the part number. Can this be repaired? Every time AMP is connected it blows the fuse.

An audio repair shop should hopefully be able to fix it. Otherwise you would need to source a used unit - 2014-2017 pre-facelift models all use the same ML amp (obviously dependant on if they have the ML stereo system).

What is wrong with your Amp? No sound, or just bad sound?

Every time AMP is connected it is blowing up the fuse. Therefore no sound at all. Could be power supply?
