Lexus Link App - Trips no longer registering

Hi,

I've had my Lexus LBX for around 10 days now. All my trip stats have been appearing in the Lexus Link app.

Today the trip I made isn't available in the app.

The only thing I can think that has changed between the last trip that registered and this latest trip was that I changed the Nickname of the car in the app.

Surely this can't be the reason as this is optional.

Has anyone else has similar issues?

I had trouble logging in the app earlier today. Maybe they were doing maintenance or something. I don’t think it logs trips if the server is down.

Today's trips were recorded fine for me ..

I only had my outbound journey recorded yesterday so looks like the car is currently 30 miles away. This was an issue when I had my NX450h - hope it's not happening again!

It has appeared now. You could be right, they might have been doing maintenance which stopped it appearing and now it's come through.

Normally it's instant.

My outbound trip was recorded today at 10am but my return journey wasn't at 2pm.
