No sound through speakers until reset

Hi All, I’ve had my 2017 NX300h for few months now and I’ve experienced the following issue a bunch of times now: 

there’s no sound coming through the speakers, it stops out of the blue no matter which is the source (DAB radio, Bluetooth, etc..). 
When I stop and switch off the car and subsequently turn it back on everything goes back to normal. 
My questions are:  has anyone else had the same issue? 
How do I fix it?

2019 NX owner and have, a couple of times in 5 years, had this. I don't know what's causing it for you but you don't need to stop and start the car, just press and hold the Power knob in the dashboard until the infotainment system reboots. Hope your manage to sort it, it should be covered under Relax.

Just to clarify that would be the volume (On/Off) knob for the multimedia system, not the Power button to start the car!

Apologies, YES! The Volume knob.
