2018 key type ?

Morning all.

Please would someone help me out...

My UK car came with ONE battered key.

A key man is having trouble determining which key to order.

I have a 4 button key (panic button), he says a part number suggests it should be a three button older type key.

Can. anyone put up a pic of their UK 2018 key?

Also we are trying to find one side of my battered key, £150 from Lexus (the buttons side).

My LC500 was registered in Feb 2018. It was supplied with two modern style keys with no panic button. These are not the latest wideband security type but look just like them. I assume that the inside works are different on the later secure keys.

As Malcolm says above, below pic shows all. BTW, does the fourth button actually work? As for sourcing a new shell then look on amazon and purely by way of an example then this one: After market fob

I didn't think any UK Lexus vehicle had a panic button, although they are common in the US and other countries. Perhaps the key you have was a replacement not sourced by a Lexus dealer.

Wow thanks all. Seems I have a replacement key which has the panic button, that button doesn't work. The key I have is in a right mess, god only knows what happened to the two original keys!!

I don't know where you obtained your LC500 but, without being too negative, the most obvious reason for this lack of keys would be theft of the vehicle. Have you checked out the history of your car, for example, service records?
