Missing Seat Memory buttons

Picked up a NX300h  F sport, 21 plate this week. Why has it not got any seat memory buttons?

This is my 5th Lexus, and my 1st was a 2003 model which had mem buttons.

Obviously nothing i can do, but I'm interested as to what happened and why this model hasn't got any, i also test drove a 21 NX300 Takumi, same age and it had the memory buttons. weird.

Doesn't have memory seats that's why. Certain trim packages and levels will have them. 

I believe it needed the takumi pack to have the memory seats

Yeah, i've not had a Lexus for a while, but i sorted of expected that marque to have them regardless, obviously cost cutting on certain trims.  Shame.

Yep. Takumi only has the memory seats on the 300h. From MY22 they were included with the Premium Plus pack and Takumi spec.

Thanks, it is a premium pack, Hubby has been winding himself up as to why the function was missing, so guess we missed it by a few months.

I was surprised my NX didn't have them; my mid-range 21 plate RAV4 had them, even my 09 plate Volvo S60 had them.
