Software Update code - Error code 101

Has anyone else had this witn their LBX? It keeps flashing up and our dealer says it means nothing to them and we shoudl take the car in to be looked at but this is inconvenient. Is there a simple solution?

Nothing in the handbook of course which is badly indexed to find anything when you have an issue.

I’ve had the same issue today. I contacted the dealership and they said they’d heard the same from a couple of other LBX owners. They said Lexus Link must be down and that she would contact me when it was back up. They also suggested logging out and back in to Lexus Link. My app hasn’t updated since around 2pm though, so I don’t think that helped in any way!

I'm not getting the error code 101 but my Link+ hasn't communicated with the car since around 5:30 PM yesterday. If you try and do anything (like lock the doors) or just try and refresh the car status the app just hangs and eventually times out. You then get a very (un)informative notification saying there was an error processing the request and that if it keeps happening contact your dealer for assistance...

I tried on a different phone as well but exact same problem. So my assumption is something is amiss with the Lexus end and (hopefully) not the car !   I do love the LBX, and I do like (and use) some of the things you can do with the Link+ app, but the quality and reliability of it seems very poor...

I am having similar issues with my RX450h+. Spoke with my dealer this afternoon and it appears that a Lexus server is down hence the problem. Hopefully it will be up and running soon!
