Slight damage to fender , repairable ?

The usual idiot in supermarket carpark must have touched rear bumper and cracked the metal ( ? ) strip . I know it’s minor , but it really annoys me and there are little  sharp bits of the metal strip sticking out now . Does anyone know if the strip can be replaced or would the whole plastic part of the bumper / fender need replacing ?

I’ve seen non OEM trim like that on eBay and they are self adhesive, so I would imagine the originals would be the same. 

Lexus parts direct is a good source of original parts if you don’t fancy knock off ones.

Looked on Lexus parts website , that small piece is £88 to buy ???? . And a front Logo badge was £853 . Really ? £853 for a plastic badge ???? . Prices of these plastic parts are crazy .

I wish I had done a screen shot of the emblem at £853 ! . It must have been a glitch
