I know. Definitely a hard decision. I've always been a bit against SUVs. However, really need the rear height an space, doggy friendly plus have to admit, I find it a little harder to get out of a saloon after a long drive. The ageing process and a body that bowled too many overs many moons ago!

Have u ever tried a Ls400  ? 

old fashioned simple in and out with ease for old bones and I’ve often driven a few hours without a break and feel ok, not actually refreshed, but quite ok just “ jumping “ out of the car at journey’s end …… 

and a capacious boot etc
