2015 IS 300h Hybrid Gauge Not Showing

I am completing a purchase on  an Advance IS 300h, during my test drives unlike other ISs I've tested I have noticed that both left and right gauge scales always show RPM numbers and not the default hybrid Battery gauge scale even in eco mode eco mode (ECO ,Charging and Power) gauge, the default hybrid scale and Battery level does not come up even when changing between driving modes. The car drives very well and I can feel and hear the EV and engine switching in between. Is this something major or is it just a setting/opting that I need to adjust. I've attached an image of what it looks like currently. And if it is something I can change can someone please tell me how. Sorry about the long Chunk of text wanted to make sure if this was a sign of hybrid issue.

Could be the previous owner has it set to always display rpm, I know it was possible in my RC.

Download the relevant owner's handbook from the Lexus website and check what's possible

There is a setting for Tachometer always on in display settings or similar. Have a play with the settings or consult the manual. 
Not got my IS any more so can not tell you in detail.

As above it can be changed in the settings menu. Default is to show the hybrid dials in Eco and Normal and the tacho in Sport but that can be changed to eg show tacho in all modes which lookams like what someone has done.

It's a setting in the dash menu (as in not on the infotainment screen).
