When i turn my ac on i hear something moving behind dash and when i turn it off from auto it stops?

sounds like one of the servo motors is running - possibly the gearing has failed or is slipping on the shaft so the motor keeps running. Using the controls you should be able to determine if it is the motor that controls the cold/warm air mix or airflow positioning.

Yes i noticed that its the servo motor that changes where airflow goes. What should i do to it? Clean it or buy new one?

You could try cleaning it but it is likely the internal gears have worn so would need to be replaced.

I had a similar issue. It was squirrels storing their nuts in the heater matrix. The dealer got them out at no charge - thank you.

Honest! True story!

BTW - To prevent a repeat - I put wire mesh over the air entry fixing.
