Octopus Energy: Has anyone managed to play Octoplus SNAP?

I can see it on my Win11 Desktop but when I click on 'Let's SNAP!' it just wants me to download the Octopus Energy app from the Google Play store, which I can't do on the desktop.

I can't see it at all on the Octopus Energy app on my mobile.

As per usual, anything out of the ordinary that I speak to Octopuses Customer Services about is just met with well, very little to no help at all.

Has anyone on here managed to play it yet?  If so, how please?

I think you have to have the app to play, only way I've managed to do it, it is a pretty good app though.

I felt quite guilty after hearing about those pensioners on here who are struggling with their Winter Fuel Allowances

Wow,  I have been a Octopus customer for years, never won a bean, but they generally seem to be the most reasonable in terms of charges.

Mind you have not played the wheel of fortune in a while

You've got to be in it to win it, as they say!

My other BIG memorable win was £38 on a lottery but the French Plods relieved me of that soon afterwards by means of a speeding fine while driving around Corsica.  🚗 🚓.  How inconsiderate of them!

I'm the sane as you. See offered on my work station but when I open the app on my phone no sign of it.
