Lexus Dealer Part Prices vs Toyota Dealer Part Prices

Does anybody here know if there is a significant difference between sourcing (shared) Toyota parts from your local Toyota dealer vs your local Lexus dealer?  

Only applies to the shared components of course.. oil .. filters ... some re-usable trim bits under the lovely Lexus panels and superficial trim / padding

Limited experience has shown shared parts can sometimes be cheaper via Toyota.

My rear screen washer pump needed replacing recently and an online search for the same part (it's a shared Denso part) was cheaper via Toyota, I bought a used Denso pump from eBay in the end, £20 all in and works perfectly! But it's worth doing a comparison search.

Not quite dealership comparisons but it shows it can be possible.
