Different mileage reading - service report / Hybrid check re

Has anyone come across this before ? I've had my Is300h serviced this year and last year at Lexus and on both occasions the mileage reading for the service report invoice and hybrid health check report are different . Lexus don't seem to have any answers for Me other than the readings are taken from the ECU.

Also the model of car is different on the reports

Service report states mileage 106000miles - F sport

Hybrid Health check report states 102000 miles - Luxury model

Are you sure the Hybrid Health Check report is for your car - I ask because I had one for a different car once in the papers I received after a service...
