Cover for Tow bar area

Hi, anyone able to advise if there tow bar cover like plastic available instead of putting a tow bar on to cover the back bit.

This is for Lexus NX300H FS- Sport - 21 plate

Mine has a plastic cap that fits over the detachable bar entrance when removed

Thanks Dave 2951, do you have a picture of what it looks like? 
I’m wondering if they do a plastic cover that fits well with lower bumper plastic.
