RCF: Temp Cover - Recommendations pls

Hi all, I am taking another trip to Europe next week, 4 days long weekend. Clearly my annual policy covers me on my RCF but they will not add my bro in law temporarily who I want to share the driving with. They advised to get him separate temp cover to overlay. Last year I was able to do this with my brother for around £120...This year I am getting nowhere. All the top Google firms are refusing to quote. Can anyone recommend any decent niche brokers for this cover please? Thanks
