First time ever my Lexus Link App has misbehaved.  Since yesterday the app keeps showing that all my RX450h+ doors are 'Closed, Unlocked'.

I can lock all the doors from within the app and the app will state that the doors are 'Closed, Locked' but after a while the app reverts to saying that the doors are 'Closed, Unlocked'.

When the app says that the doors are 'Closed, Unlocked' I physically check the doors and they are locked.

It's very strange, does anyone else have this issue?  Is there a workaround/fix or is it a case of grin and bear it until Lexus resolve it.  I presume it's an issue on the app side of things.

just checked the App on our NX350h and it all looks fine (Closed, Locked).

Thanks for the reply Malcolm.  I have just messaged Lexus to see if they have anything to say.  Awaiting a response from them.

I had this issue yesterday with the app showing doors unlocked etc when they were in fact locked. OK today.

A bit of a coincidence, my issue started yesterday 🤔. Same issue again today though.  Well, tomorrow's another day so will see how it is then.

No response from Lexus yet.

All back to normal again this morning. :thumbsup:  Not sure why it/the App was having a funny turn. :taz:Probably will never know.  Not a peep/response out of Lexus. I guess they're still debating about who should be making their office coffees this week :tabletalk:  .... no time for customers! 🫖

Sorry to hear that Ken. :schmoll:  I've just checked mine and it still appears ok.  f L a C k Y is the word that comes to mind. :frusty:

A chap from Lexus just phoned.  Apparently, the problem we've been having is due to some network updates/issues that have been going on in the background.

I suggested that if Lexus are going to do something like this then to let me know in future so that if I'm 1000miles away/or whatever and can't physically check if my RX is locked/unlocked then knowing something was going on at the Lexus end would help to allay any concerns that I have.

My RX/App still appear ok this morning.

Lexus Link hasn't recorded any journeys today. Anyone else having the same problem?

Recorded all my trips today, hasn't missed a trip for a long time!

Spoke with the dealer this afternoon. It appears that one of the Lexus server's is currently down so I am not alone!

Lexus can't have the server running at the same time as the coffee machine, it's likely to blow a fuse.  Looks like it's one or the other 🫖 or 🚗

My App not performing also. Not updated car after journey or charging.

Maybe it's down to area/region.  I've just made a journey and am still sat in my RX.  Journey all updated fine.  It could be that Lexus think I'm special though 🤔 but I doubt it 😃

Strangely my journeys completed yesterday are now showing however Wednesdays still missing as are today's! Indicates that my car is at home whilst it's actually 30 miles away!

Last update was 8.00am this morning but refusing to update now.
