2023 ES300H F-SPORT: “Take me home” stopped working.

This is driving me crazy so I’m hoping the collective can help me out.  A couple of weeks ago the “take me home” voice command stopped working.  It now replies with “here’s what I found” and goes on to list a number of businesses near where I live.  
I’ve reset the system, deleted and re added the Link+ app and added my home favourite over and over to no avail.  I can still use “navigate to favourites” and select it from there, but it refuses to work the way it used to. 
I haven’t bothered calling the dealer as last time I did that I was told by their “navi expert” that the Lexus one is rubbish and I should use Waze!  Not what you want to hear when you spent 40k on a prestige car.  
There’s a free virtual coffee available to the first person who can help me solve this! 😉

For me it's responded to "go home", but that was long ago. Try that?

Didn't even know that was a voice command. Always thought it was "go home"

One thing that annoys me is I'm sure in my is300h (possibly my 250 as well) you could say "set temp to x" but that doesn't do anything now. 

Apparently "cooler" supposedly works but I've never tried it.

If "take me home" used to work - have you recently updated or had the Battery disconnected?

On your front screen navi - when you press search you should see something clearly labeled as home - check that first as if you have to go to favourites first it means your home isn't recognised separately

Yep, that's there and selecting it gets me home.  

Does anyone know a better way to "reset" back to factory settings other than the menu reset? 

Or is there a way to force a software update as I'm not sure the OTA one in February was a complete success?
