Installing F-Sport seats in Standard trim UX250h 2019

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I would like to install F-Sport seat in a standard trim UX250h 2019 and could really use some guidance. Has anyone done this before? Is it compatible without installing any electrical adapter?

Thank you in advance.

The seats will swap right over but have you tried them because it’s the one Lexus model where the seat shape is very similar between the standard and f sport.

Thats great, thank you for clearing that up.

I haven't had the chance to try them yet but the main reason I'm doing this is for the electrical lumbar support the f-sport seat offers, was just afraid about missing electrical connectors.

You have done this? Physically they will but I'm not sure all the wiring/connectors will be there.

That’s not the way I understood the question.  It reads to me that you just want the seat in a standard car and not the electrics.  You can check if the power supply is there by looking under the seat.

similarly, I want to install leather to upgrade from the fabric (sort of a faux suede) in my 300h. The fabric is actually quite nice, but leather is much easier to clean and will be more resistant to water/dirt staining. I am in Greece and here there are some excellent professional shops that can do this work, custom or to match a Lexus design. My seats at not electrified, but I would like to have a non-electrical lumbar support added as well so hope the custom shops can do this also. A shame that Lexus does not have a lumbar mechanism as standard. I think without this, the seats are definitely not as comfortable for long drives.

Don't change to leather/pleather whatever you do. Mine are like sitting on lava when we have summer weather. I'm looking forward to autumn starting tomorrow!

Yes indeed this is an issue, although my seats are light tan colour and I plan to tint the windows as well. We park it normally in a garage or in shade.

My issue with past cars are having salty water stains on the fabric seats. It is not pleasant either.
