Buying an LC 500

I’m buying an LC 500 with 18,000 miles on it should I buy an extended warranty? Dealership wants $3900 for 4 years or 50,000 miles. What should I do? Is it worth it especially for the fact that the mileage is still so low

If you’re in the UK you get ten years Relax warranty free as long as it’s serviced annually at Lexus.
You’ve used dollars - if you’re in America I think they get 7 years but I’m not 100% sure.

Peace of mind at $1000 a year sounds good …….. just try to maximise use of the car to ENJOY

You’ll need to study the fine print ………. USA and your State Law will govern all the  Ts&Cs and how the warranty provider can ……..  get out of its responsibilities ………

I would like to think that if anything major went wrong at only 18K miles Lexus would fix it for free, unless it is a wearing part of course but then warrantees wouldn't cover that anyway.

Make sure the car you're looking at has a solid service history. If so, buy it. It's a Lexus, so 100,000 trouble-free is a given.
