ISF rear window rubber moulding and metal divider strip

[Fforfun]

I've noticed the rubber window moulding has come away slightly in one corner of the rear drivers side window and there is a small amount of surface corrosion forming on the black metal strip.

Does anyone know the part numbers for these items and how easy they may be to replace?

WEATHERSTRIP, REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW, RH (68188-53030)

Looks like the divider bar is held in place by a couple of bolts and a screw on top, if you can strip the door down enough to reveal them.

This is great, thanks so much. I think it's 68142c-53030 that has warped or shrunk, but I might as well refresh 68188-53030 whilst I've got the bar out. I found a video on YouTube which shows the bar bolts are easily accessible with the door card off.
