I do not have these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166767662335 so cannot comment on quality but they are available.
Doc Brown, if you are still on here you may want to contact the seller for using your photo of your LS460 with the Inno bars fitted,.... to try to sell their non-Inno roof bars.

Most of those I have heard of bought Inno from the USA or else Yakima from Japan.
Those are pretty much your choices.
