They shouldn't be charging you for something that was standard in the vehicle when new

Hi Mike and welcome to the club.

I take it you have purchased a RX 450h F Sport? 

I agree with @rayaans they should supply them with the car. If for some bizarre reason they can't or won't I would point them in the direction of the nearest dealership or to https://lexuspartsdirect.co.uk/ and demand they buy you a new set.
