Has my music voice recognition system become more stupid?

I have my music on a USB stick, and up until now the system has, more or less, always identified songs and albums requests.  Now it seems to not understand requests.  If I ask for a list of artist songs, it might identify the artist, and then only give me one song track to play or not play (never seen that option before).  I have tried asking for specific albums, or songs, and it just doesn't recognise it.  The voice recognition works with other car functions, and can turn on radio stations: it seems to have a problem with recognising the usb content, even though the file system is working: it is only voice recognition which is not working.  Also voice recognition has been a bit more sluggish since the infamous "upgrade" a couple of months ago.  Or is it just me!

Interesting.  I have a very old version of the MM19 audio software release on my MY21 RX because the newer releases exhibit exactly the same issue you have described with MM21.  I spent ages trying to help Lexus debug it but in the end they never fixed it.  I remain astonished at the lack of regression testing performed on their software releases.
