What should the normal settings be for the powertrain, chassis and climate parameters in drive mode customisation? My 2020 UX 250h fsport seems to be a stiff ride so wondering if changing these settings will help.

If you find the ride too stiff in the Normal drive mode then unfortunately you cannot do anything about it, you can only make it stiffer with customisation as both Eco and Normal use the softest suspension setting.

Reduce the tyre pressure - theyre probably at 40psi
