I've been off the forum for along time & this is a subject that has been well discussed here with lots of useful input from everyone 

I'm getting my car ready for a Euro 2024 trip & amongst a list of works is a gearbox fluid change. There were quite a few threads on this subject but i cant seem to find them to refresh my memory

would appreciate members who can suggest the best options available, i have previously planned to do this but never go around to it as the car was practically not driven for months
