Blocked A/C drain pipe

We have a lexus IS250 SE L, we drove from Bristol to Bulgaria on it, 3 days of pure joy. Air con running most of the time, didn't notice the swimming pool under the passenger and drivers seats until the last few hours of the trip. All my research says blocked a/c drain hose. Anyone know where it is located and is it a job I can do on the floor or does it need a ramp. Thanks peeps
