Hi guys!

I have a curiosity, my current keys (2018 NX 300h) don't allow to remotely open the trunk, nor to lower/raise the door windows.

Does anyone know how to customise the key by activating these functions?

Thank you very much!

On the RAV4, the windows could be opened/closed with a long press of the lock/unlock button on the remote; this function had to be activated by the dealership.

This had to be done by the dealership for my NX350h. They go into the car setup menus with their diagnostic equipment.

Remote boot lid works but, I don't have the windows up / down feature. It might depend on which grade of NX you have.
It is very common for cars to be fully programmed, with some features blocked depending on model variant

I think all models have the capability they just don't come with the option switched on.
