Hi there! Yes ofcourse i checked dual. My first reply wasnt the best so im going to be more specific.

So to start its a leftdrive sided car, i live in sweden! So det heat is good on passenger vents left and right (the one in the middle) and on the driver side right side vent(middle) its just a bit warm and on the left side its even colder. So you could say passenger all good and driver side less warm the further you get from passenger vents.

Could it be blockage in the heater core and a flush would work? Is there any good instruction here? Or som blender door that isnt operating correctly, ive seen some post about this but for some reason i cant find them again. Not sure if its on this lexus forum or some other. Would appreciate all the help here! Ive read som with same problem but havent found the ones were they show and tell the solution..

Ive also checked the coolant, its about more than half way to full from low what i can see. Notice ive driven the car so its still warm. I will check also the coolant when the engine is cold, could it be i need to top it off to max level?

Also using the AC all works fine on the cold side as i get it on both side perfectly, its only the heat that isnt going all the way on the driver side.

I would suspect the blender door.
