After 5 years ownership of loving this car and doing less miles than expected, I'm finding myself tempted by a RCF.Something with sub 50k miles. What are the weak spots I should look for? Will want a Lexus FSH.

Any particular reason you have a 50k mile ceiling? These things go on for ever if looked after properly.

Agreed with everything said so far - would go for a facelift 2019 onwards if budget allows (obviously biased 😁)

running costs higher but then all performance cars need looking after - incredibly sold and reliable beasts

Where there many interior changes with the facelift?  My 2018 already has the updated infotainment etc.  I do like the front end of the facelift more mind you, don’t think solar flare was an option however by then…..

Not really that I can tell, mine has a sunroof but I think that was still an option. Mine has a 2 tone interior colour scheme black/white which I love - not sure was available on earlier cars. The all around leds help modernise it too exterior wise

Leaking shocks, squealing brakes.

The dreaded Valley plate coolant leak seems to be the worst nightmare I've heard you can have, just check for evidence of  dried coolant under the car I guess.
