EGR Valve doings it's usual

Hello all

I have a 2007 IS 220D and recently I replaced both EGR valve a d EGR cooler as it was causing me some bother. As soon as it was all replaced, we started the car and it was in limp mode with no warning lights. Now if I press the accelerator nothing will happen it won't even get to 1k rpm. I have now done a dpf and egr delete thing it would solve the issue but no. I have now discovered the EGR valve itself doesn't have any 12v going through it and is stuck closed. I have tried many things to solve this but no success. Does anyone have any idea I would appreciate this.
