mentioning the word        rood 

I extrapolated the word    perch 

and took it further with the old aged measuring formulae of 

roods perches and acres 

too complex …… sorry, my

mind sometimes works in mysterious ways ……., that’s what comes from driving a Lexus Ls400 for a quarter century …….. Hope it’s not contagious  😅
