Recall NX450h

Received a text last month requesting a recall for attention to the SOS switch...one next to the interior light switches.

All done by dealer including a map update.

Anyone else had same re-call ?

I got my NX450h in June '23 and have not had this recall. Had first service last week and no mention of SOS switch on the paperwork.

Do you have the Lexus recall or campaign number?

I've not had a recall. I checked the DVLA website and nothing on there. However, Lexus own vehicle checker came up with "Your Lexus is subject to a voluntary customer service campaign or outstanding safety recall." but gave no further details!

Malcolm......I received the same message for my vehicle from the Lexus Checker. My NX had it's first service just last week (similar to Chris's post above) and they never mentioned it when I picked up the car. Annoying that the checker doesn't give any detail, a safety recall should mean we receive a letter from Lexus so maybe it's a campaign issue? I'm none the wiser.

Never had a letter from Lexus so I guess I need to contact the dealer. God knows why it wasn't picked up at the recent service.

Hmmm, that's interesting. 

My car was with my dealer last week and nothing was mentioned. 

Please let us know what your dealer says.

Looks to have been known for a while, but as the fix is via Nman OTA update I wonder if it is formally as a recall?
