Looking at the online configurator for the NX I see that they have added Sonic copper to the range and also the addition of another seat colour option on certain ones.

Can anybody spot what other changes have been made?

Panoramic roof now an option on the 450h+.

There is lighting in booth front and rear outside door handles.

Assuming it mirrors the USA and other countries… 2x USB C in the front (rather than 1x A and 1x C).

The configurator is a bit of a mess. Although there is now a panoramic roof option on the 450h+, there appears to be no ML sound option and no Takumi pack. Is this correct? 🤔 I doubt it.

If you scroll down each model you get the various designations, Premium, Premium Plus, F-Sport, F-Sport Takumi, Takumi.

Oh yes! I hadn't noticed the Takumi F-Sport option at the bottom - I'm used to Takumi being a "pack" that you add on later. Can't see at first glance any option for a Pan Roof on the "Takumi F-Sport" or even ML audio.... seems the "Panoramic Roof" option disappears on the F-Sport Takumi. 😞 Not even sure it gets a sunroof anymore.

Hi Steve, according to the new brochure (which probably carries a number of caveats!), ML audio is only available on the MY24 Takumi in 450h+ guise or on the 350h F-Sport with Takumi “pack”.

This is the extract from the brochure for the sunroof/panoramic roof; hope it helps.

Yes, this is how it used to be for the 2024 MY but seems things have changed for the 2025MY and the configurator and "current brochure" don't seem to be in agreement at the moment! I don't think the brochure has been updated yet.

Yes - I noticed the other day on the website that there's now a 'Takumi F-Sport' being the range topper rather than the Takumi. Which, I have to say is a bit gutting as someone who waited 16 months to get what was then the range-topper Takumi.  I also remember a 'Takumi Pack' being available on the F-Sport and I'm glad you've more or less confirmed my memory is not mistaken!

I'm sure there was a time around the back end of last year when I tried to spec my car again, there wasn't even an option for the Panoramic Roof any more - but obviously I must have missed it somewhere, because it's in @Xez's picture above...

I think that’s the same thing as F Sport with Takumi pack - just how they show it in the configurator.

A NX (whether 350 or 450) F Sport with Takumi pack has been more expensive than the Takumi model since launch. The features within each has slightly changed over time (e.g. option to get ML audio).

Is it possible yet to add the ML sound to the 450 f sport? Looking at the online configurator it seems it's not. And it's not listed on f sport takumi?  Also while I'm here does anyone know why the UK doesn't seem to get the body coloured wheel arches on the f sport? Cheers

It’s all personal preference but I never thought that the ML system I had on my RX450 f sport was any better than the standard system in my current NX450 f sport. 
Of course it’s your choice but I wouldn’t pay extra for the ML system, i think it is a Lexus marketing gimmick. How many here had ever heard of ML before Lexus started pushing its name.

I had certainly never heard of ML before my "Lexus days" 😀.

Bose etc. was more common.

100% agree. My Bose system on my 2006 Mazda 3 sport was far superior than the ML on my NX 350h Takumi…… or perhaps my hearing has deteriorated massively in the last 18 years!🤪

I agree with the above sentiments. I would never pay extra for a higher spec car if that higher spec was primarily centred around a so-called "enhanced" sound system.

I love my music but if I want to listen to it in high-definition I'll do that at home - not on a trip around the M25. The standard sound system in my NX sounds fine to my, admittedly ageing, ears.

I opted for the NX 350h Premium Plus which doesn't have ML - but having had ML on previous RXs, I can't tell the difference.  Might be due to veteran's hearing, though!

I have a NX Premium which has the standard audio and I think it's the best system I have had.  It's head and shoulders above the B&O I had a a Q5 back in 2013 and definitely better than the ML I tried in a Takumi UX.

Yes. With luck we may all get it via a software update…

and someone somewhere here said they had a new NX as a courtesy car and it definitely had wireless AA.
