Hey Paul,

I’m planning on purchasing a 2017/2018 LC soon and CarPlay/Android Auto is a must for me, please do keep us updated how it goes as it’s almost impossible to find UK owners who’ve got it fitted within the factory screen

The following video is focused on installing a front camera, played through the head unit. I thought it might be useful as it shows how to access the head unit. Quite a task to get to it but in the hands of a pro it looks doable.

Very useful, but confirms to me that I will get a "pro" in to fit. This has the look of a job that I would start, and get stuck about halfway through, with the car in bits, and undrivable!!!

Hi HM, 

MMI unit ordered, awaiting delivery. I have found a local (Herts) installer, who seem to know what they are doing. I will keep this thread updated.

I am amazed that no-one seems to have done this yet in the UK. My current work around, of use car's sat nav, and blue-tooth music to the car, using the phone for track listing, is primitive at best, and I cannot use my speed camera bot at the same time.
