App stopped showing my car.

Hello I was wondering if any one fixed the issue with the app no longer showing your car as an added vehicle. I’ve done the standard getting back in the car to reconnect with QR code, but as soon as I leave it kickes my car from the app. Yet it does say the car is in my garage when I add the number plate, but won’t let me see it in the my garage part of the app.

You are not the only one. There is obviously a fault at the Lexus end. Sure it will be rectified.

As previously said I think there are issues at the moment mine for instance has changed to showing everything in km also hasn’t recorded any journeys for past 3 weeks. Spoke to Lexus last week who stated they are aware of a number of issues and related it to bringing vehicles across from the old Toyota program to the new Lexus link +.

I took my car into the dealer yesterday to fix the media/connecting to the app problems.  He reset the software, re linked my phone to the media centre and it has been working as it should be ever since. The last software upgrade messed it up, I had not recorded trips since Feb.  All ok now.
