2003 RX300 soaking foot wells

Hello all,
Recently the front and rear footwells in my 2003 RX300 have become soaking wet. I have tested the sunroof drain holes and all 4 drain holes appear to be draining ok with the water visibly draining out of the drain holes. 
Does anyone have any ideas on what else could be causing this aside from the sunroof drain holes? Thanks
