knocking nearside rear

As it says, I have a slight non metalic knocking going over humps and bumps in the road, seems to be coming from nearside rear..  I was thinking shocker but could it be roll bar bush . doesnt sound like a drop link knock ??/   any help or suggestions appreciated   ..

its defo not a heat shield..  thats not loose at all.

Ive sorted the annoying knocking on the rear which I thought was a shocker,  After having a play at the rear I noticed some play in the anti roll bar, bought some poly bushes for £16 and its cured the issues, silence again .... only took me 6 months to sort lol

I don't suppose you can describe the sound wand how or when to replicate it?

It sounds like a knocking when driving along, made me think it was a rear shock absorber.
