LBX UK delivery date

Ordered car 21 Feb,advised delivery estimate May. Today local Lexus phoned to update me. Lbx now due at the dealer 9th May.

I forgot to add that my Lexus app also showed the current build progress. This can be found by selecting garage followed by car purchased.

Hi, sorry I am late to this thread but I ordered an LBX on 11/07 and it was already shipping to the UK with estimated arrival date of 20/08 which was a stroke of luck! However I have received nothing from the dealership in terms of emails, order conformation, etc. I reached out and was told that it was because they are now paperless but this seems a bit spurious given I would have expected an order conformation at the very least. I don't want to harass the dealership about this but I'd like to know if this is a thing. I have read here that some people have received emails days or weeks later but given this car is already on a ship somewhere heading here it seems a strange not to have received anything. What did you get and how long did it take to receive it from the date of order?

Have you not had an email from Lexus asking you to load the Lexus+ app which provides updates.  I knew from this that my car was at the dealership the day before they contacted me

A quick update. I got in touch with Lexus and the dealer and they said there's a new ordering system that seems to operate in the way that the new Crowdstrike patch works. Lexus CS have been super helpful and have checked and my order email and other bits have arrived but it's not been attached to my email either in My Lexus or the Link+ app. Again, they have been super helpful and are looking into this. We're still looking good for mid August so fingers crossed.
