So the speed bong is annoying. Starts off at ever 1mph over

I thought it would save my settings when I added my user profile to the multimedia but it still doesn't seem to recognise my settings.

Anyone manage to stop it or does it have to be done every time the car turns on?

I’m sorry to say that you have to disable it each time you start the car. The good news is that after a while it becomes muscle memory. 😁

Try to get a Carista obd reader together with the app named the same, i managed to adjust quite a few things on my cars along the time. Not sure if the software for the new RX is there but worth trying otherwise some Lexus specialist with one of their tool might be able to disable a lot of the annoying dings

The speed limit exceed bong has to be turned off every time. The speed limit change bong can be turned off permanently.

I’ve learned to just ignore it, it eventually fades into the background, you can set the various bongs and noises to be the lowest setting and if you have music on you can barely hear it.

Lane Keep assist also seems to have to be turned off every time, but at least that is 1 button on the steering wheel.

we need a list of all the different bings and bongs as there are so many it is itself distracting.
