Great news Bob, things are running well for me, the only thing that’s not resolved is the trip summary which still shows the most recent trip as March 2023 but I’m living with that 😂

Just received this from Lexus Customer Care.  It took them four weeks to respond, but it looks comprehensive:

The reason why this appears is because the multimedia system does not recognise your profile which might be due to a password change.

You will need to be in your vehicle to follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Remove your vehicle from the LexusLink+ App. - Select MyGarage > Scroll down and select Remove Vehicle (Close LexusLink+ app once vehicle is removed)
Step 2 - Switch on your vehicle, accept the terms and conditions once the pop up message appears
Step 3 - Select Settings > Select Info & Security > Select System Reset > System Reset complete message appears.
Step 4 - Switch off the vehicle.


Continue to follow the below steps:
Launch LexusLink+ App to add your vehicle by scanning the QR Code within the multimedia system.

Within the multimedia system:
(Switch on the vehicle)
Proceed to setup the vehicle with your preferred language
Agree to terms and conditions on the screen for voice and multimedia system if prompted
Then select the current driver, select 'connect your account' and select 'Link' to display the QR code

Within the LexusLink+ App you will need to add your vehicle by scanning the QR code.
Once the QR code is scanned your vehicle will be added to your LexusLink+ account and you will be advised to follow further instructions in the vehicle (and app).
Make sure to accept the terms and conditions for voice and multimedia in the multimedia system.

This should sync your profile information from your LexusLink+ account to the vehicle. (While this is syncing, in the LexusLink+ app you have the option to activate all the services within the Connected Services Centre)

Once confirmed, then navigate to 'Personal Info' in the multimedia system and select 'Link Devices' and proceed to link your smartphone as the registered Bluetooth device or link to key (if you have the option).

The next time you switch off/on your vehicle, your profile information should load up.

I'm not sure Step 3 System Reset is necessary - I think this might delete all my settings which I have carefully customised over the last year.  Hope this helps.

Johdhm thank you I’m sure that will help a lot of people going forward, my method has worked for other people but I remember you started to have problems again. As before I also did this in settings on the app on my phone as I was finding when logged out of the Lexus + app it was losing connection between the phone and car, I’ve reposted a pic from my app in case it helps.

Also, I think it was @Lisa 102 who mentioned a while back that she was told by her dealer the password does not like too many special characters.  

Since I changed by password to contain just the @ symbol as my special character the app has worked perfectly.  The only time there was an issue since was when Lexus were upgrading their servers and the journey recordings were a bit sporadic, but once they had finished their update all my journey's appeared.

My journeys stopped in March after an in car update and haven’t started again, I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading again but still no luck, I’m not keen to change my password again or delete my profile in car seeing as most things are working so living with it for now. 😆
