Certificate of Conformity - COC

Hello all, my first post here and annoyingly its asking for something..

 

Im importing an IS250 (I know im mad) but they are asking for a Certificate of Conformity, I thought before spending time and money trying to get one out of Lexus I would reach out to you lovely bunch and see if anyone has a COC to hand?

Hopefully someone can help but I feel you might have to pay Lexus as they never provided those to UK owners back then, unlike other European countries.

Thanks, I was hoping to get away without paying the £75. I just need a few details to fill in the registration document

How come you are importing the 250? any advantages over a UK available 250?

It was a part ex and I bought it for a very good price + low mileage
