Lexus strike again

Just received my second key recall. It suggests I call my Lexus centre to order the key. They also supplied a Lexus Directory.

it has my dealer on it. You are welcome to try the number they publish. It just leads to a telephone test. What hope do we have if Lexus UK are publishing incorrect information in their own Directory?

You also have to laugh at their geographical knowledge. Lexus Bournemouth is actually in Poole.
