satnav nx300h

i dont know if i am just a bit dim-i am not great with computers but i made quite a leap from my ancient is200 to a nx300h.i love the car but i hate the satnav.i cant programme a favourite destination and i dont know how to set a destination to drive to.can anyone help please?(i did google but could only find american videos and they look different

if you're lucky your vehicle is new enough to have the update, meaning you can use Android Auto and apple CarPlay. Have you tried those? They are much easier to use, and have a much nicer interface, up-to-date maps etc instead of the built-in Lexus navigation. I think this only applies if your vehicle was made from late 2018, per this article: https://mag.lexus.co.uk/lexus-apple-carplay-and-android-auto-upgrade/

thanks arne but i dont have android or apple am a technophobe perhaps this car is above my pay grade haha

No problem. Chances are your car isn’t compatible (nor is my 2016 model).
