Hi all

Ive added our used NX300h to my garage in the Link+ app (already working as expected with our UX300e). It’s paired to the car successfully, I can see the service history, and the Wi-Fi is on in the car, but I just can’t get any driving stats to appear in the app.

It just always says “no data. Data will appear after your first trip”.

Any ideas? I’d like to get this up and running to be able to see where the car is, not to mention the driving stats.

Thanks

Jim

The clue might be in "after your first trip"

I seem to remember the first trip needs to be at least a certain length.Read the manual.

Thanks Ronnie. Thought it was strange as followed exactly the same process as with the UX (also 2021) and that worked fine.

Thanks David, I’ve done about 100 miles since, but probably no more than 30 miles in one go. I’ll see if the owners book covers connecting to the app, and the requirements.

Update from dealer, the 2021 NX300h only has limited functionality with the Link+ app. Namely, service history and car location. Trip data and fuel stats not possible. Sounds like I was following the right process, just the car does not support everything.

I get trip data. Duration, distance and average speed, but no fuel data on my 2020 NX300h.

It is patchy though, sometimes misses trips, showing my cars location as being miles away, whilst I am looking at it on my drive. It can also take an age to update.

The Link+ app is pretty limited/useless, oh how I miss the the ability to remotely check my cars status, and see its location, in virtually real time, as I could on my previous car.
