Back doors not locking on key and back windows not going up

Hello everyone very new to the xe20 lexus I'm looking for help bought my current car about 4 months ago an is220d 2009 been trying to diagnose the problem of the back windows not going up or down. And the back doors not locking by the key or central locking. I changed the fuse still nothing changed the window regulator on the two back doors still nothing. The previous owner said when I bought the car it had the Battery changed and ever since then it never locked by the key or the back windows going up and down. Any help is appreciated please help thanks

This should sort out the windows ... assuming this was not done after Battery change
