Do Lexus still send out Roadside Assistance membership cards after you have purchased a new car? Had mine 2 months now and nothing?

I don't think they do anymore.  You just phone the assistance number.  My number is on the front windscreen amongst other places.

My 22 ES didn’t even have the sticker on screen!

Not sure - when we bought our UXe in 2021 it came with a full pack.

The RX500h hasnt come with anything although its only been a week

No. Discontinued some time ago.

Lexus haven't issued membership cards in the past couple of years. It's part of their eco credentials I was told. Cover still applies to driver and spouse even when driver/passenger in any other make.

Yes that's the case and I had it confirmed by email. The only proviso being it's all linked to the registration number of the Lexus that is covered. So if eg Lexus owner or spouse is driving a different car they will need to quote the reg number of the Lexus and then the details of the car that has broken down (if different). So always make sure driver and spouse know the reg number of the Lexus if in any other car.
