nx450+ missing door lights

new nx no lights on front doors at the bottom any one else noticed this the cut outs are there

Apparently puddle lights only standard on the Takumi spec. If you carefully remove the black plastic filling the gap, you may be lucky and find the cable there all waiting and plugged in behind. I’ve ordered two lights from Lexus parts direct - £18 each ish. Not received them yet but should hopefully be an easy fit…

on the spec sheet provided to me for the car a nx450+ premium there on the data sheet going back to dealership to ask the question

Hi, Did you manage to install the puddle lights? I can also see the plastic caps under the door but I was wondering if there are cable underneath them

took car back to dealership they should have been fitted at factory dealership ordered them and fitted them

On the NX, they are only on Takumi. Not premium plus.

Yes. Was very easy install once I got the right plastic tool (amazon, naturally) to help easily remove the black plastic blanking plates.

Thanks for sharing, this is interesting.

Our new (to us) NX350h Premium Plus doesn't have puddle lights but has the cabling, just checked. Do those lights from Lexus Parts Direct come with bulbs?
