Stolen RX 450h in Wembley, UK

I just bought this car 2 months ago, and it has just been stolen on a road full of more expensive cars like an aston martin or BMW ix.

Can someone give me an idea of what to do in this situation?

Very bad luck.  It confirms my decision to hang on to my 2006 RX350 which is not vulnerable to the Canbus method of theft.  I would not buy one of the affected series of RX 450.

What model year is the RX? Does it have the lexus link app? Can you try to track it?

Did you have the CANbus protection plate installed?

No lexus link app or canbus protection.

I was not aware the lexus is such a bad company for security.

Speak to your dealer and politely enquire why the juddering f ck they didn’t issue a recall.
For the RX the canbus plates are available, owner data is available, and Lexus should be stepping up and fitting as many RX with the plates as they can find.

Then they can start on the rest of us.
